How RedotPay works
You deposit USDT or USDC (or other supported crypto) into the RedotPay app, then spend with a USD or HKD Visa card. RedotPay converts your balance at checkout, and its fee schedule lists a 1% crypto conversion fee plus 1.2% when you pay in a currency other than your card's.
The company is based in Hong Kong and holds funds custodially. The app bundles transfers, swaps, a P2P marketplace and a credit product around the card.
RedotPay is preparing a confidential U.S. IPO filing, according to Bloomberg in October 2026, with a pre-IPO round that could value it at $4 billion to $5 billion.
